The German Institute for Broadband Communication – dibkom, founded in 2002, is a specialist training provider and certifier in the field of broadband communication. The goals of the non-profit institute include ensuring the quality of broadband networks, promoting the sustainable expansion of high-speed networks and promoting the training of specialists in broadband network construction.
Our customers include network planners, civil engineers, fitters, installers and complex service providers. Our practice-oriented seminars are designed at basic and expert level and focus on production in network levels 3 (distribution grids) and 4 (building networks).
